How do I get started?

Sign up, complete onboarding, and connect your Gmail. Onboarding walks you through workflow selection, integrations, and email deliverability before your first project.

How do I connect Gmail or Google Calendar?

Open Settings → Integrations to connect your Google account. We use OAuth — your refresh token is encrypted at rest.

Why didn’t my client receive my email?

Most often it's SPF/DKIM/DMARC. Run the deliverability check at Settings → Email deliverability — we'll tell you exactly which DNS records are missing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit Settings → Billing and click Manage billing. Stripe's portal handles cancellation, plan changes, and card updates. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account or export my data (GDPR)?

Settings → Account & data has one-click export and account deletion. Both are GDPR-compliant — we cascade-delete across every table and storage bucket tied to your account.
